Two public meetings of the Budget Committee of the Hermiston School District 8R, County of Umatilla, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, will be held in the Hermiston School District Boardroom at 305 SW 11th St, Hermiston, OR 97838. These are public meetings where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. The first meeting will take place on Monday, May, 1, 2023 at 6:30 P.M. The purpose of the first meeting is to receive the budget message, review the proposed budget and to receive comments from the public. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. The second meeting will be held May 15, 2023 at 6:30 P.M. for the committee to review and consider the final proposed budget and receive additional public comment. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained at the meeting, or from the District’s website under Business Office » Financial Reports, on or after May 2, 2023.
Dos reuniones públicas del Comité de Presupuesto del Distrito Escolar Hermiston 8R, Condado de Umatilla, Estado de Oregon, para hablar del presupuesto para el año fiscal del 1 de julio del 2023 al 30 de junio del 2024, se llevarán a cabo en la Sala de Reuniones del Distrito Escolar de Hermiston en el 305 SW 11th St, Hermiston, OR 97838. Estas son reuniones públicas en donde el Comité de Presupuestos hablará cuidadosamente del presupuesto. La primera reunión se realizará el lunes, 1 de mayo del 2023, a las 6:30 p.m. El propósito de la primera reunión es recibir el mensaje del presupuesto, revisar el presupuesto que están proponiendo y recibir comentarios del público.
